From time to time we receive a call or email from a person looking for work.   As of this writing there are no jobs open at WFSO or at Redeemer Broadcasting Network Control.  However that said, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time so that in the future when such a job does open, then we will have already met, and you can be considered. 

At some point we will need help in any number of areas: IT infrastructure including remote broadcast feeds, smart phone apps, automation, show hosts, development and station acquisition, production, FCC compliance, and our music library (to name a few).  It is our goal to produce new original shows, and we will be needing help there as well.  Once we have a signal presence in Northern NJ/New York City, then we intend to launch a telephone call in program with various pastors participating.  As we expand into new areas, we will need station managers who are committed to localism.  So you can see that there is no lack of jobs in the future.

When the time comes, our future hires will be people who know the Lord Jesus Christ personally, have clean records, and are committed to the Historic Christian faith.  The ministry needs people who embrace the great creeds and confessions of the Protestant Reformation and are solidly Pro-Life. As we share on our "What we Believe" page, "We are committed to historic biblical Christianity. We seek to be thoroughly biblical, properly catholic, and true to the faith of the Protestant Reformation. We affirm the historic faith as presented in the Apostles', Nicene, and Athanasian Creeds, and in the great statements of the Reformation such as the Canons of Dordt, the Heidelberg Catechism, and the Belgic Confession and the Westminster Confession of Faith and the Larger and Shorter Catechisms."

As a Religious broadcaster, Redeemer does have a religious qualification in place which is referred to on our EEO statement.
